Ruby Rogers Studios is tickled a fabulous jewel-tone shade of purple to have been chosen to design and coordinate the wedding of Maria Orozova (owner of The MOD Studio) and Scott Thomas (owner of Intelechy Group) to take place in April 2010 at Laguna Gloria. The nuptials and following celebration will be the perfect marriage of natural lakeside beauty and sophisticated glamour. In contrast to the garden backdrop of the Austin landmark venue, RRS will work with Mandarin Flower Co. and Townsley Designs to create a stunning medley of white leather lounges, black crystal chandeliers, high gloss bars, candle-flanked walls, silver and pewter accents and pops of dramatic deep purple. The Bulgarian Bride and Cali-bred Groom share a love for all things TRAVEL and so guests will be treated to themed dining stations inspired by the couples origins and adventures... from Italy to Argentina, from Paris to Tanzania... and of course their meeting place and beloved home, AUSTIN, TEXAS (pork BBQ sliders anyone?)!

On May 13, Ruby Rogers Studios, along with The MOD Studio, hosted a fabulous soirée for clients, partners, vendors and friends celebrating our official debut in Austin. Ruby Rogers Studios transformed West 6th Street's Boom Boom Room, a swanky (and notably sexy) late-night hot-spot, into the epitome of style and class for an early evening event. As guests entered the scene, motion-triggered virtual paparazzi feverishly flashed their cameras from behind the velvet ropes creating a true STAR welcome. Partygoers sipped specialty cocktails (the MOD Martini and Ruby on the Rocks) and snacked on delicious treats by Kurant Events Catering. Custom floral design by Mandarin Flower Co. evoked "hollywood-glamour meets modern scultpure." No detail was overlooked including the fun custom-designed party favors bestowed on guests as they headed home for the evening. Become our Facebook Fan and view our party pics!

Ruby Rogers Studios has been selected to work with Ballet Austin as their Special Events Manager of record. Hailed by The Washington Post as "one of the nation's best kept ballet secrets, " Ballet Austin welcomes audiences to participate in its “classically innovative” vision for the democratization of dance. With a rich history spanning five decades, acclaimed productions, and one of the nation’s largest classical ballet academies, the organization is poised for an even greater future. Ruby Rogers Studios will work with the ballet's development team lead by Executive Director Cookie Ruiz and Development Director Christi Cuellar to foster stewardship and awareness through frequent events tied to each company production, dance academy milestones, the Ballet Austin Foundation and most notably, Ballet Austin's Fête '10, annually named "Austin's Best Black Tie" fundraiser event. We feel honored to work with such a reputable organization lead by the cream of the Austin crop!
